The Merry Shop does not accept change-of-mind returns.

A problem with your order

If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect or has not been delivered, contact us using our contact form. Include your order number, if available, and describe the problem.

Before mailing an item, please contact us for return instructions. This request does not limit any legal right to give notice, cancel a contract or obtain a remedy.

Nothing in this policy limits applicable legal guarantees or statutory cancellation, return, repair, replacement or refund rights. Where the law entitles you to a refund or requires us to cover return costs, we will meet those obligations and the applicable legal deadlines.
